This 1930s house located on North George Street in Victoria Texas sat empty for 30 years. Everything about this house seemed impossible. Ceilings were falling down, carpet on all floors were a disaster. Exterior siding and facia boards were rotten. This is a case where the house should have been condemned. However, Victoria Remodel was able to restore this nightmare of a home into an original remodel.
We ripped out all carpet, and sanded the beautiful hardwood floors. We did the same to all of the original doors and trim throughout the home. After replacing broken siding with non-asbestos look-alike, and replacing all rotten facia board, we painted the exterior. Ceiling inside was fixed, kitchen and bathroom were restored to their original beauty. Plumbing and Electricity were addressed as well where needed.
